Location: Remote ( ideally located in Germany, Austria or Switzerland)

Innoveins seed solutions is growing fast. For further growth we are looking for a sales representative who will be responsible for Germany, Austria and Switzerland. 
The company

Innoveins seed solutions is a young company located in the southern part of the Netherlands and active in the performance of contract research and production of research materials for the crop protection and seed industry. The company is working for multiple multinationals in the industry and is highly specialized in creating test protocols for biological products.

What do we need
A result-driven sales agent located in Germany, Austria or Switzerland  and having a background in the seed or crop protection industry for the DACH region. Your role will be to connect with potential leads in Germany, Austria and switzerland, building relations and supporting the R&D departments with ideas for new services. A basic knowledge about testing crop protection and seed product is a must, together with a commercial mindset with a strong interest in research.

Your profile
We are looking for a colleague who likes to work into a dynamic and knowledge intensive industry. You are ambitious, you have a commercial mindset and a strong interest in research. You like to have targets and you have a sport mentality. You have at least an agronomic bachelor degree. You speak fluent English and German and you have strong communication skills. You like to build long term relations and prioritize customer relation above targets. You will visit the Netherlands once a month and like to discuss potential development project with customers. you can also work  with basic computer software and are  able to set-up google meets calls with customers

Marketing en Communicatie medewerker (8-16 uur)

Het bedrijf:
Innoveins seed solutions is een jong bedrijf in het zuiden van Nederland en actief in het uitvoeren van contract onderzoek voor de Gewasbeschermings- en zaadindustrie. Het bedrijf werkt voor veel multinationals en MKB bedrijven aan de ontwikkeling van nieuwe duurzame landbouwproducten door het opzetten van goed en betrouwbaar onderzoek.

Wat ga je doen:
Als marketingmedewerker bij Innoveins seed solutions ga je aan de slag met het versterken van onze marktpositie, branding en merkbekendheid in de industrie. Je werkt samen met biologen aan het opzetten van inspirerende en inhoudelijke campagnes. Jouw taken omvatten onder andere het volgende:

•    Het opzetten van met name online en enkele offline Marketing campagnes .
•    Het beheren van onze social media kanalen.
•    De brand van Innoveins seed solutions B.V. en Kronos Vitale B.V. uniform doorzetten in de organsatie .
•    Het schrijven en visualiseren van nieuws.
•    Het ondersteunen bij beurzen.

Jouw profiel:
Jij bent een enthousiaste, creatieve en ervaren marketing professional met een passie voor innovatie en duurzaamheid. Daarnaast heb je minimaal een afgeronde opleiding hbo/mbo Marketing en Communicatie en heb je ervaring met digitale marketing. Je bent dan ook goed met computers zowel technisch als grafisch en je beheerst de Nederlandse en Engelse taal goed. Ook kun je goed in teamverband werken en heb je een pro-actieve houding.

We offer students the possibility of more specific research traineeships, for example in the field of seed fysiology, pathology and technology.
